I was recently given the opportunity to try the Slice™ Safety Cutter. The cutter allows you to remove shrink-wrap and plastic packaging by using a tiny ceramic blade. The blade is encased in plastic and only about 1 millimeter is exposed. If you touch the blade or drop the cutter, you don’t have to worry about gouging yourself.

The Slice™ Safety Cutter is great for couponing. By pressing firmly, you can easily cut a coupon from a newspaper insert. When I cut a few coupons from my insert, I was able to cut coupons from single pages without the cuts going through on multiple pages. The harder you press, the more pages you can go through.
