The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), November 28, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, January 6, 2012
How to Enter: You will need to obtain a 10-digit code (“Code”) to enter/play the Promotion.

There are six (6) ways to obtain a Code:
** Facebook: During the Promotion Period, visit the Wendy's Facebook brand page (www.facebook.com/wendys) and locate the You Could Win! Tab. If you obtain a Code through this method, the Code may only be used one (1) time. Codes obtained via this method will provide one (1) Sweepstakes entry only.
** Online Free Code Request (available from December 28 2011 at 12:00 a.m. ET through January 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET): To request a Code online, Click Here follow the links and instructions, and you will receive a Code via automated email to participate in the Promotion. All requests must be received by January 6, 2012.
** Visit a Wendy's Restaurant: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Wendy's restaurant and purchase a 20-, 30- or 40-ounce
Coca-Cola® beverage or a sandwich that comes in a box. Locate the Code on
specially-marked cups or boxes, while supplies last.
** WendyMail™ or Southwest in a Nutshell: During the Promotion Period, if you are signed up to receive emails from Wendy's, you will be sent a Code in the Wendy's newsletter; if you are signed up to receive emails from Southwest in a Nutshell, you will be sent a Code in the Southwest in a Nutshell email. If you obtain a Code or Codes through this method.
** Southwest Airlines® Check-in email: During the Promotion Period, if you receive a Southwest Airlines check-in email, you may find a Code in the Wendy’s ad.
** Mail-In Free Code Request (available from November 18, 2011 through December 27, 2011): To request a Code, mail a 3"x5" piece of paper with your name, home mailing address, email address, day/evening phone numbers, and date of birth in an envelope with proper postage to "Two's the Reason – Free Code Request,” P.O. Box 5046, Dept. 578492, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. All requests must be postmarked by December 28, 2011 and received by January 4, 2012. You will receive a Code via automated email to participate in the Promotion. Limit: One (1) request per envelope. All requests must be hand printed.

Limit: Five (5) requests per day, regardless of method of request. The Code will be emailed to the email address provided in your mail-in Free Code request.

Prizes:

a) Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: 24 Southwest Airlines vouchers, each valid for a round trip flight, and W combos for a year, provided in the form of two (2) Wendy's gift cards worth $260 each. Terms and conditions of vouchers and gift cards apply. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,120. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

b) Instant Win Game Prizes:

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: A $2,400 Best Buy® gift card that may be used to purchase a pair of 51" HD 3-D televisions. ARV: $2,400.

FOUR (4) SECOND PRIZES: A $1,300 Best Buy® gift card that may be used to purchase a pair of iPad® 2 tablets. ARV: $1,300.

41 THIRD PRIZES (Awarded one (1) per day from 11/28/11 – 12/24/11): A pair of $400 Southwest Airlines gift cards each of which may be used to purchase a round trip flight. ARV: $800.

FOUR (4) FOURTH PRIZES: A $598 Best Buy gift card that may be used to purchase a pair of 32 GB iPod touch® devices. ARV: $598.
