HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate in the Promotion, you must obtain, while supplies last, one (1) of the eighty one million (81,000,000) free unique Promotion Codes (each a “Code”) and enter your Code online as follows:

a)How to obtain a Code: There are two (2) ways to obtain a free code:

i) jcpenney store: To obtain a Code at a jcpenney store, you must visit a participating jcpenney store during store hours during the Promotion Period and request a free, specially marked buttons, each of which have a Code on the back of the button from a store employee.

ii)By Mail: To request a Code via mail, you must hand-print your full name, age, state of residence, and e-mail address on a 3” x 5” piece of paper, insert it into a No. 10 business-sized envelope and mail it to:

Salvation Army Donation: For each Code entered into the Website on November 27, 2012 (CT), jcp will donate $1 to The Salvation Army up to a maximum donation of $100,000.
