As a mother, I’m always looking for healthy and nutritious snacks for my family. I usually include a snack or two in my child’s backpack and now that school just started, im on a quest again of what nutritious yet delicious snack for her. I’d pack different snacks everyday. I would rotate what I’d give her – baked chips when possible, fresh fruit or fruit snacks, granola bars, or a sandwich to take with her. I like to give my child a variety to choose from.
