I was recently sent an extremely generous box of products from Newman’s Own Organics to try out with my family. There was a huge selection from many of their product lines including pretzels, Newman-O's cookies, Alphabet Cookies, Hermits, mints, and many others.
Newman’s Own Organics was started in 1993 by Nell Newman and her business partner, Peter Meehan, as an organic division of Newman’s Own. The demand for organic products was unknown but started out with just pretzels (a favorite of Nell’s father, Paul Newman) and the business exploded from there. By 2001 Newman’s Own Organics became an independent company that continues to expand and prosper.
