The Promotion begins on November 12, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 12, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET and consists of five (5) phases as set forth in the table below:

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to New York, NY.
