Ok I am trying my best to get a phone call to my daughgter from santa but everytime I try to start by entering dob it pops up with a saying about the parents... if it would go away i could enter my info so we can get this done soon... so please help me with this NOW

i just tried it and its working fine. Make sure you the dob is over 18, once you put the dob click the right arrow to accept the terms of service followed by supplying some info. i hope this works for you. Let me know.

I just tried it again. It will not even let me enter a DOB soon as it pops up to let me a blue box pops up that says "Sorry, Santa can only deliver messages from grown-ups"!!! Which sucks, my daughter just loved the video & she would be super excited over a phone call but I cant get this to work... Can anyone help me with this??? I love seeing that smile on my childs face so I would love to get the phone call for her

make sure you are entering YOUR dob not your daughter's. try entering 1975
