Tyson Press Release

Tyson Foods, Inc. is voluntarily recalling 67,269 pounds of packages labeled Tyson® Any’tizers® Honey BBQ Boneless Chicken WYNGZ, company officials said today. The product is packed in 25.5-ounces bags. Approximately 42,200 bags produced on August 8, 2012 were mislabeled and actually contained Tyson® Any’tizers® Buffalo Style Boneless Chicken WYNGZ. The Buffalo flavored product contains potential allergens egg, milk and soy.

The mislabeled product can be identified by a date code of “2202PBF0208” through “2202PBF0223” with a “best by” date of August 7, 2013, and “2212PBF0200” through “2212PBF0223” with a “best by” date of August 8, 2013 printed on the back panel of the package. The establishment number “P13456” will also be printed on the back panel.

Tyson Foods shipped the affected bags of Tyson® Any’tizers® Honey BBQ Boneless Chicken WYNGZ to the following food retailers and distribution centers in 20 states:
